Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are A1 to A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.13 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute, the petitioners along with A4 and A5 have assaulted the de-facto complainant with iron-rod and stick.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the de-facto complainant has assaulted the petitioners with regard to the land dispute and the case was registered against him in crime No.100 of 2013 on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 324, 109 and 506(ii) IPC and due to previous motive, they have been implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the victim was discharged on 09.02.2015 and the investigation in progress.

5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 06/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
