ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for fencing the petitioner's land.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the second respondent did not receive any representation from the petitioner. 3.In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the said representation, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders based on findings and on merits, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the private respondent and the present petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a representation from the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
