ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to withdraw the complaint, dated 12.11.2020 and transfer the same to any other competent investigating officer.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's complaint was registered in Current Petition No.05/C1/AWPS/Musiri/2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.It is therefore seen that the second respondent is actually enquiring the case and I do not see any reason to transfer the investigation of the complaint of the petitioner to some other Officer.

4In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
