The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the Commissioner, taking over the temple has not been furnished to the petitioner.

2.In the above circumstances, the respondents are directed to furnish the copy of the order passed by the Commissioner to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

3.With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
