The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioners and their family members. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3614 of 2021 instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in C.S.R.No.61 of 2021 and is pending for enquiry.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of C.S.R.No.61 of 2021, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the respondents 3 to 5, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/ uploading of the order. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
