To prefer the following memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal as against the Judgment and Decree of the Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor, dated 24.03.2000 and made in O.S.No.504 of 1993, as confirmed by the IInd Additional Sub Court at Tirunelveli dated 16.02.2004 and made in A.S.No.218 of 2002.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MARIA RUBIT, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioners are not aware of the pendency of the case and hence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CMP(MD) No.2389 of 2022 there is a delay of 1432 days in taking steps for the deceased first appellant and pray the same to be condoned.
2.The reasons stated are not satisfactory. But the legal representatives of the first appellant are necessary party to the case. Hence, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the Siddha unit attached to this bench on or before 21.04.2022.
