The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.Aa1/5292 which is pending on the file of the respondent from September 2024 onwards, without any progress.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Without going into the merits of the petitioner's appeal pending before the respondent, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders, in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
