PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi to dispose of the HMOP.No.153 of 2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi to dispose of the HMOP.No.153 of 2020 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that HMOP.No.153 of 2020 is filed in the year 2020 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since HMOP.No.153 of 2020 is of the year 2020 and counter has not been filed by the respondent so far, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi, is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.153 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
