O R D E R

The petitioners, who stand accused Nos.1 to 3 of offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. seek quash of the proceedings in Crime No.156 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, both parties are present and a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed, entered into on 18.03.2015 between the petitioners and the second respondent/de-facto complainant. The same reflects the settlement of dispute between the parties.

3. Considering the nature of injury alleged and the close relationship between the parties, this Court accepts the compromise

signed by both the parties viz., the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 and the second respondent/de-facto complainant as well as their respective counsel. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.156 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent shall stands quashed. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the records.
