This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.130 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the respondent police filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.11 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sivagangai.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
