The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2017 passed in W.P. (MD)No.21838 of 2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.11.2017 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 21838 of 2017 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/11421/2017 dated 19.02.2025.
