PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's objection dated 02.02.2021 and 04.02.2021 in the light of the circular issued by I.G.Circular letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 and Inspector General of Registration, Chennai in his letter No. 41530/U1/2017, dated 09.11.2018 and on the basis of the direction issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.722/A1/2021 dated 11.02.2021 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, orders have been passed on the objection raised by the petitioner and as against the same, an appeal has also been filed. 3.In view of the same, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition.
