RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the Petitioners herein by this Honourable Court order in Crl.O.P.No. 23087 of 2015 dated 07.12.2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.MAYAPERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner has to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, once in fifteen days i.e., on second and fourth Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
