Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 10/3/2015 within the stipulated period.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 10/3/2015 within the stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that a case has been registered against the petitioner for allegedly cheating the depositors. It is the depositors who are pressurizing the petitioner to settle the amount.

3. As the dispute is between the petitioner and the depositors, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders.
