This petition is filed only for issuing a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.113 of 2016 , pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the final report was filed on 13.05.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur. He would further state that due to the fact that no Presiding Officer is posted the Charge Sheet has not taken on file.
