This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.33 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District and to quash the same with regard to this petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.33 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was ended in acquittal on 05.09.2017. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
