This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to issue police verification report forthwith so as to enable the petitioner to get Public Service Vehicle Badge License (PSV) from the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation 24.01.2026.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation 24.01.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
