This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent dated 13.02.2020, wherein, the third respondent rejected the petitioner's subsistence allowance.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, disciplinary proceedings were initiated and the same is concluded and a punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of six months with cumulative effect was awarded to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary to pass in this petition and this writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents by giving fresh

application for regularising the suspension period and for payment of arrears, if any. No costs.
