ORDER

When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to file a fresh representation, considering the passage of time. 2.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such a filing of the representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thenceforth. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
