This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case in Cr.No.30 of 2015, pending on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent or other investigation agency for effective investigation.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Inspite of the fact that the matter is adjourned on 21.04.2015 and thereafter on 23.04.2015, there is no instruction from the Inspector of Police, Alwarkurichi Police Station. It is a case involving an offence of minor child. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case in Cr.No.30 of 2015, pending on the file of the fourth respondent and hand over the same to some other Officer under his jurisdiction and supervise the same and file final report within a period of four months thereafter.
