The contempt petition was taken up in the forenoon. Learned Special Government Pleader had represented that the Tahsildar has already concluded the enquiry and the Revenue Divisional Officer was in the process of passing final orders. However, post lunch, the learned Special Government Pleader made a mention stating that the Revenue Divisional Officer has in fact passed an order today in Pa.mu.(A3)/243/2025 and that the copy of the order has also been marked to the petitioner as well. Additionally, the learned Special Government Pleader contends that the scanned copy has also been sent to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. 07.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes MR
