: Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to forbear the 4th respondent from in anyway harassing, ill-treating or disturbing the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in connection with the contract dispute by considering his representation, dated 20.03.2014 within the period that may be stipulated by this court. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to forbear the 4th respondent from in anyway harassing, illtreating or disturbing the petitioner on the guise of enquiry, in connection with the contract dispute, by considering his representation, dated 20.03.2014.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
