Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry and forward the report to the first respondent, as directed by the first respondent, in its letter dated 25.01.2018 in No.2457/I2/2017 in regard to the illegal conduct of election on 30th September, 2017.

ORDER
In the light of the directions propose to issue, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
2.According to the petitioner, he is the Secretary of one Srirangam Cricket Club. Earlier, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent alleging that without conducting any election, the third respondent has attempted to file Form VII, as if the election was conducted on 30.09.2007. In turn, the first respondent directed the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
conduct an enquiry based on the allegation made by the petitioner. But, so far, no enquiry was conducted by the second respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, as already the first respondent directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry, and submit enquiry report, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein, and submit his report, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
