ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 18.02.2025 seeking to modify the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- imposed in the bail order dated 27.08.2024 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.(MD)No.2200 of 2024.

2. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are 1/3

satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the first condition imposed in paragraph no.4 of the bail order dated 27.08.2024 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.2200 of 2024 as 'the petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) on the account of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai in Crime No.15 of 2024 of DCB Police Station, Sivagangai. The said amount to be invested in F.D. and to be retained by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai subject to the outcome of the case'.

3. To the above extent this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall hold good.
