2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the sole accused in the case was died. Therefore, the entire charge has been abated. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
