ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed for condoning the delay of 77 days in filing a review application against the order in C.R.P(MD)No.1640 of 2021, dated 29.10.2024.

2. The matter is being dragged on till this year even after passage of two years from the date of allowing the aforesaid writ petition and the matter is also pending for payment of Batta. This will show the reluctance and inadvertence of the review petitioner in conducting the case and his attitude to protract the proceedings.

3. Hence, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and the Review Application is rejected in the SR stage. No costs. 10.07.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes Mrn
