Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation in O.Mu.A3/6653/2017 dated 28.11.2017 issued by the first respondent herein within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the first respondent seeking issuance of separate patta in favour the petitioner, and on receipt of the above application, the first respondent in his proceedings dated 28.11.2017, directed the second respondent to conduct an enquiry, and file a report. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
