O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, to expedite the trial in C.C.NO.610 of 2011 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioners submitted that due to prolonging of trial in C.C.NO.610 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, the petitioners will be prejudiced.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the lower Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
