Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in connection with the proceedings in e.f.vz;.0315/2024/rp2 dated 16.02.2024 on the file of the first Respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking to quash the proceedings in e.f.vz;.0315/2024/rp2 dated 16.02.2024 on the file of the first Respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submitted that the Peace Committee Meeting held by the Tahsildar, Peraiyur could not arrive at a amicable settlement. Therefore, the Tahsildar advised both the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. 2/5

3. In the light of the closing of the enquiry by the Tahsildar, Peraiyur, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to close the Criminal Original Petition also, directing the parties to obtain orders from the Civil Court.

4. In the light of the copy of the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the Tahsildar, Peraiyur, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to both the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
