ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the impugned summon in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/403/2020 dated 20.02.2021 issued by the first respondent. 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that this petition is filed questioning the issuance of summon that was issued under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. The proceedings under Section 152 of Cr.P.C., was over and the final order was passed on 06.07.2020 and hence, the matter become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
