communication issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.0882/2023/MCF5, dated 08.02.2023, signed on 12.02.2024 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to accept the application submitted with revised plan for approval of building constructed at Door No.75/2, Ward No.4, Block-3, North Street, Thanjavur Town and District 613001 as Kalyana Mandapam, in physical form with blue print and other documents and to pass appropriate orders granting plan approval with conversion of building as Kalyana Mandapam within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
