ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third & fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner's husband, namely, Kannan, is a history sheeted rowdy and to know about his whereabouts, the petitioner was enquired. He would further submit that the petitioner's husband was later arrested and was also released on bail and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondents police, as alleged by the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
