ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 29.09.2025, submitted through Peoples Grievance Redressal day petition, acknowledged as Petition No. 334, with merits and in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders within a period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 29.09.2025 seeking permission to allow the goats for grazing in Therikadu Reserved Forest in the stretch between Karkuel Ayyanar Temple and Puthukudi Arujunai Kaththa Ayyanar Temple. However, he would submit that since 2/5

the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed by the respondent.

5. Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
