ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 496 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has now been completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai and the same was taken on file in C.C.NO.26 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
