O R D E R
This petition is filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1902 of 2017 dated 08.08.2017 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.
2.It is seen that Sessions Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed them to make themselves available for interrogation by a Police Officer as and when required and during the said period the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court and also they should report and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders, failing which, the order stands cancelled automatically and further, the petitioners should deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- each at the time of furnishing sureties. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the condition No.4, the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/-.
He further submitted that the petitioners are ladies and they are having school going children and hence, they are not able to comply with the condition Nos.2 & 3 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram due to family situation and as they are residing at Pothampuli Village, they have to travel more than 100 kms. to comply with the said conditions.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent has no serious objection regarding the modification of the said condition.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances, conditions Nos.2 and 3 are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of eight weeks, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.1902 of 2017 would be cancelled automatically without further reference of this Court. For complying with the conditions, time is extended to one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
6.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
