This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to register any document in any nature in respect of the property bearing Survey No.110/1 situated at Puthumanai Street, Main Road, Vallam, Tenkasi District and Survey No.B.3.1.2 situated at A.K.Nagar, Tenkasi Road, Sengottai, Tenkasi District forthwith.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 4th respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 27.01.2026, seeking to not to register any document in respect of the subject property. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 2/4
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2026, the 2nd respondent has passed an order on 13.02.2026, rejecting the request of the petitioner's request.
5. In view of the above, since the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2026 has been considered and an order has been passed by the 2nd respondent on 13.02.2026, rejecting the request of the petitioner, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of the 2nd respondent dated 13.02.2026 in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
