No. 45 of 2003 on the file of the Assistant Sessions judge Kulithurai dated 06.04.2010 confirmed the conviction and modifying the Sentence of imprisonment passed by the Learned Mahila Court/Sessions Judge Kanyakumari in C.A No. 24 of 2010 dated 06.08.2016 as against the Petitioners and enlarge the Petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition.
