O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.229 of 2016, dated 14.10.2016 and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. On the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.229 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that investigation was completed and the case was closed, after investigation. He further submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Closure Report was also served on the petitioner and another copy of the said report was also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
