ORDER
The petitioner, with an allegation that the respondents are harassing him under the guise of initiation of Section 110 Cr.P.C., proceedings has approached this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner herein is a habitual offender and he is having 8 previous cases to his credit, out of which, four cases are pending. Further, he submits that in view of the forthcoming election, in order to maintain peace, the respondent police has instructed the petitioner to execute bond. However, the petitioner has not co-operated and therefore, a report has been submitted before the Revenue Divisional Officer and thereafter, a proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C., has been initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer against the petitioner. 3.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
