ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.264 of 2017 dated 06.08.2017 alone is pending.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that civil suit is pending between the de facto complainant and the petitioners and the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the respondent Police is directed to register an FIR or close the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioners during enquiry and the petitioners shall cooperate with the enquiry. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
