PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned second show cause notice of the second respondent on his file vide reference No.1/2017 dated 09.03.2018 and to quash the same and to issue such other appropriate directions or orders to the second respondent and grant such other remedy and relief to this petitioner as this Court may deem fit and proper in circumstances of the case.
