This writ petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 6 from interfering in the civil contractual dispute between the petitioners and the seventh respondent pertaining to the sale effected on 14.11.2008.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that enquiry was conducted in respect of the dispute between the parties and the complaint was closed, advising the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, seeking appropriate relief.
