ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute under the pretext of enquiry on the third respondent's complaint. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the second respondent, the petitioner came before this Court. 4.If the complaint lodged by the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence, the second respondent police shall register the F.I.R. If no offence is made out, the second respondent police shall close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
