ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, they conducted enquiry and the same was closed. To that effect, they also filed a copy of the closure report.

2. The learned counsel for the intervenor strongly opposed to close this petition.
