O. P (MD) No. 24625 of 2015 dated 05.01.2016 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.24625 of 2015, dated 05.01.2016 and permit the petitioner to put the signature before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil instead of respondent police.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner has to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
