Seeking to direct the respondent to forthwith produce the seized vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-45 CX 6957, TN-45 CX 6962 and TN 55 BD 2512 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, in connection with Crime no.732 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, so as to enable the petitioner to comply with the order dated 28.01.2026 passed in Cr.M.P.No.233 of 2026, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the petition mentioned vehicle was produced before the trial Court.
