O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.03.2023, it was recorded by this Court that the petitioners have given an undertaking that after deduction of the amount spent for the arrangement of Visa, they are ready to give the balance amount to the defacto complainant. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have returned the balance amount and they have filed a copy of the G-pay transactions to show that the amount has been paid to the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint filed by the defacto complainant against the petitioners was closed on 05.05.2023 and the further action against the petitioners was dropped and it is submitted further that the report will be filed within a week. The same is recorded. 2/4

4.Since further action in respect of the complaint given against the petitioners is dropped and since the petitioners have already paid the amount to the defacto complainant, no further orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
