ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fifth respondent to send a proposal to the first respondent for passing an order of attachment of the subject properties and effect attachment.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner is one of the investors in the Neo Max Properties Private Limited and it is about 125 sister concerns and already an FIR has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2023 is pending against the said Company for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997. While so, he identified some properties of the Neo Max Properties Private Limited and its sister concerns and the same have to be attached by the first respondent through the fifth respondent. Therefore, this petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have not received any 3/6
representation from the petitioner. If any representation given by the petitioner, they will conduct enquiry regarding identification of properties and will take appropriate steps.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to send a list of properties to the sixth respondent and after receipt of the same, the sixth respondent is directed to take appropriate steps in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months, from the date of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
