This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 22.03.2018 and consequently direct the respondent to give permission to the petitioner to organize music and dance function on 08.04.2018 from 07.00 pm to 10.00 pm at Sri Vanamoorthy Amman Temple with light and sound, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The respondent, Sub Inspector of Police, Sernthamaram Police Station, Tirunelveli District is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the respondent, the same will be considered in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.7043 of 2018 on 02.04.2018. 4.Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
or before 06.04.2018. If any such representation is received, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on 07.04.2018, by taking note of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.7043 of 2018 dated 02.04.2018.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
