ORDER
The petitioner's vehicle was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand. The respondents were under the impression that the petitioner was not having valid permit. But, it is now seen that the petitioner is having a valid permit to transport the sand in question.
2. In this view of the matter, this Court directs the fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent to release the petition mentioned vehicle forth with and without any delay.
